1) In order to register your vacation you will be required to send a $40 USD registration fee which covers our booking fee, registration, and any courier fees.
2) Mail your certification with your selected vacation and $40 USD registration fee to: Travel America Vacations, 1465 Slater Road, PO Box 5007, Ferndale, WA 98248-5007. Your selected vacation will be considered final and no exchanges to the other vacation options will be permitted.

4) Once your certificate has been registered, correspondence on how to finalize your vacation will be mailed to you. Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive this correspondence.
5) Only one certificate per family/per household will be accepted in an 18 month period. If two or more certificates are submitted, the additional certificates will be deemed void and unusable. This offer is not valid for groups and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional package. NO discounts coupons or any other discounts may be used in conjunction with this offer.
6) 5 DAY CANCUN GETAWAY: The Cancun Getaway entitles the recipient to 5 day deluxe accommodations in Cancun, Mexico. This package is valid for 2 adults and up to 2 children
(0-12 years). The package does not include cost of food, beverages, gratuities, transportation, or service charges. Taxes are $94 USD per adult to be paid by credit card at the time of booking. Completed registration form must be received by Travel America Vacations at least 90 days in advance of your desired travel date. Travel dates available between April 1st and December 15th.
7) 4 NIGHT CARNIVAL CRUISE: This offer is valid for passage of two adults on a 4 night cruise. Airline tickets, airport transfers, port charges, and miscellaneous expenses are no included. This certificate includes all meals and most shipboard activities. Alcoholic beverages are not included with this offer. Booking and port fees are $198 USD per adult to be paid by credit card at the time of booking.
8) Accommodations are in select cabins on select ship decks. Your Travel America Vacations (Hereinafter called TAV) Cruise Specialist can provide information on available upgrades such as an oceanview cabin and extended cruises.
9) This is a promotional package is designed for travel between September and February (excluding holidays). Cruising between March and August is available at an additional charge. All cruises subject to TAV's availability on specific cruises and cabin allotment.
10) Please do not leave for your cruise until you have received written confirmation, since cruises are booked according to the availability of TAV's allotment of staterooms.
11) 2 NIGHT VEGAS GETAWAY: This vacation is valid for two nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy) and two airline tickets from an approved point of origin to Las Vegas, NV.
12) Customers departing from the East Coast from pre-approved points of departure also have the option of choosing Orlando as a destination.
13) This vacation is valid for two adults, There is an additional cost per day for additional guests. The vacation does not include the costs of food, beverages, gratuities, ground transportation, or incidental expenses. This vacation is valid for Sunday, Monday or Tuesday departure only. Air and hotel taxes, administration and processing fees are $98 USD per person for a total of $196 USD to depart from a major US International Airport, and $117 USD per person for a total of $234 USD to depart from a pre-approved Canadian International Airport. All taxes to be paid by credit card at the time of booking.
14) A Customer service representative will be in contact with you approximately 45-60 days prior to your travel date to finalize your booking. When you vacation is confirmed you will be mailed a written confirmation with directions and check in times. Do not leave for your vacation until you have received written confirmation of your reservation. Please note while advance travel are recommended, confirmations are not issued more than 90 days prior to travel dates. Once your Las Vegas trip has been confirmed and your tickets issued, no changes, cancellations or refunds will be permitted.
15) CANCELLATION POLICY: All confirmed reservations are final and may not be changed in any way or transferred to another party. All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations of confirmed reservations are subject to monetary penalties as determined by the published policy of Carnival Cruise Lines. All monies paid to TAC at the time of the Cruise Lines. Any remaining balance will be credited to the passenger. Cancellations made within 60 days of sailings will be subject to cancellation penalties that have been implemented by the cruise line.
16) Third and Fourth person upgrades, when available, must be purchased through TAV at Carnival's current published brochure rates.
17) Guests under the age of 21 years must be accompanied by a parent, grandparent or guardian 25 years or older in the same stateroom. Proper travel documentation is required at embarkation and throughout the cruise, and is the responsibility of the guest. U.S. Government will soon require all guest to be in possession of a valid passport when traveling. for more information visit www.travel.state.gov

20) TAV is solely responsible for this offer. TAV is not to be held responsible for any act of God,, and/or any other circumstances beyond our control, causing cruises to become unavailable. Due to the promotional nature of this program, these packages cannot be purchased, bartered, or sold to the end user. Employee or relative of the participating merchant are prohibited from using this package. This package is to be used for promotional purposes only and is only for customers of the participating merchant. Travel Certificate will be void if any use is attempted under any of the above conditions and no refunds to the participating merchant will be issued. This package is non-transferable.
21) TAV and/or its agents are fully licensed travel agencies (registered with the Attorney General) and are members of sever travel associations including CLIA.

23) A $4  USD check or money order and completed registration form must be received by Travel America Vacations at least 90 days in advance of your desired travel date and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Accommodations are subject to availability of allotted space. We reserve the right to substitute alternate destinations or travel dates during periods of heavy travel including, but not limited to, peak travel periods, and holidays.
24) Upon receipt of your activation fee, you are welcome to visit www.DiamondGetaway.com  which will provide details on available dates, booking procedures.
25) Both travelers must be at least 21 year old and have a valid MasterCard, Visa or American Express in order to check into the hotels. If your chosen vacation is Cancun, both travelers must be minimum 25 years of age to check into the hotel.
26) This certificate remains valid until submitted for redemption. Once confirmed, hotel reservations cannot be changed, refunded or transferred. Travel must be completed within 18 months from the time your mail your registration form.
27) This gift certificate must be authorized and paid in full by the merchant from whom you received it in order for Travel America Vacations to book your vacation.
28) This package is not valid for use with group travel. Group travel is defined as more than one family traveling or meeting at the sea destination on the same travel date.
29) This package is non-transferable, and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash, nor shall any rebates, refunds or credits be issued for any unused time, days or space. This package is not valid for employees or relatives of the participating merchant. The registration fee of $40 USD is non-refundable.
30) Travel America Vacations does not assume any liability or responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, costs or any expenses arising out of personal injury, accident or death, lost, damaged or delay of luggage or any other property, delay or inconvenience, loss of employment, upset, disappointment or any other acts of God, terrorism, or any circumstances beyond our control which may cause the hotel to become unavailable.
31) This offer is void where prohibited by law. All Federal and local laws apply. Travel America Vacations assumes no liability or responsibility for any promised or claims written or verbal made by anyone other than those made in the terms and conditions provided herein.
