Super respectful and pressure-free service advisor (Amy). Very convenient local shuttle service for getting me to/from home while vehicle was being serviced. Everything was explained well. Felt they had integrity - something not always found at a dealer-based service department (this is usually only found in family-owned local garages).

Years ago I had a not so great experience at this location and told myself I'd never go back. Fast forward to 6 years later this dealership had a Jeep that I really wanted so I went ahead and stopped in to see it and I'm glad I did. I would like to express my appreciation to Robert in Finance. We recently purchased a used Jeep from a private party who offered a transferrable extended warranty as part of the transaction. I made multiple phone calls to an overseas call center in an attempt to understand the transfer process. After I finally understood the process, I was advised the time to transfer the warranty could take up to 45 business days!
