Years ago I had a not so great experience at this location and told myself I'd never go back. Fast forward to 6 years later this dealership had a Jeep that I really wanted so I went ahead and stopped in to see it and I'm glad I did. This time was nothing like it was years ago and the whole buying process with Evan was fantastic.

I would like to express my appreciation to Robert in Finance. We recently purchased a used Jeep from a private party who offered a transferrable extended warranty as part of the transaction. I made multiple phone calls to an overseas call center in an attempt to understand the transfer process. After I finally understood the process, I was advised the time to transfer the warranty could take up to 45 business days! I live in Platte City Mo approx. 240 miles from your dealership. Sales rep Chris Hudnut responded to an afterhours online inquiry on a TRX withing minutes and through late evening texts and interaction the following day we agreed on price for your TRX and my Raptor trade, I drove down a couple days later and he and Business person Craig were waiting for me and we had a 90 minute turnaround as he knew I was in a hurry. ...

Keith, Jim, and the finance manager were wonderful to work with and very friend. They were very accommodating with what I wanted, and getting the car there when it was off location. Keith was especially friendly when talking to me, and answering any questions I had during the test drive. Keith took his time to go over the features of the Jeep and showing me how easy it was to take the top off and everyone did not make me feel like just another sale on the board.
